On August 10th, dozens of stakeholders convened in Collegedale, Tennessee for informative discussions about one of the biggest national challenges truck drivers in our region deal with on a daily basis - a lack of publicly-available truck parking.
We welcomed Rebecca Brewster, President & COO of the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI), for this critical discussion. Her presentation covered ATRI’s recent research on truck parking, the additional impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the detrimental effects of this issue on the logistics and supply chain workforce.
