Thrive seeks a research partner to gather transportation and freight data indicators for the tri-state region, analyze emerging trends and technology advances, map and model available data, and provide other GIS needs
ProposAL Deadline: Wednesday, July 14, 2021
Thrive Regional Partnership seeks a GIS data lab that can provide a comprehensive, objective, and consistent set of data around the tri-state greater Chattanooga region’s freight transportation system. This data is important for assessing the condition of that system, identifying its problems, and setting priorities on actions to resolve those problems. Areas of emphasis should include, but not be limited to, freight efficiency, effectiveness, capacity, safety, security, infrastructure condition, congestion, energy, and environment.
