Bradley Co STEM Teachers Produce Face Shields for their Community
Teachers from Bradley Central High School, Walker Valley High School, Ocoee Middle School, and Lake Forest Middle School, have partnered with the Bradley Cleveland Public Education Foundation (BCPEF) to complete a project to produce Face Shields for Tennova Healthcare and other medical facilities in Cleveland and Bradley County.
Within the first two weeks of production, the teachers have distributed 220 face shields with an additional 50 going through the final assembly. Through the foundation, donations, and school system funding, these face shields are given to the medical personnel at no cost to the facilities or individuals.
Thank you to Charis Reagan, Dak Keylon, Adam McClary, Alan Bivens, Seaborn Maddox, Wade Sacca, Logan Hamsley, and Jason Viviano for using your time and talent to support healthcare workers in your community during these difficult times. What an inspiration to educators and students everywhere!
