Join us to learn best practices and encourage continued economic and sustainable growth and prosperity of the Thrive region from a peer region in the heartland of our nation.
Delegates including business and nonprofit leaders, as well as elected officials and chamber representatives from each of the Thrive Region’s 16 counties and three states will be joining us for a full, multi-disciplinary itinerary coordinated with the Northwest Arkansas Regional Council.

Registration
Registration for this interregional visit is limited. The cost is $1,500 per person, which covers:
All meals and receptions from Sunday night through Wednesday morning, with the exception of one evening dinner on your own.
Any daily excursions and guided tours organized for the full group.
The organization and planning time of all panels/meetings, as well as facility rental fees.
Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from Bentonville, as well as their hotel reservation and payment at the 21c Museum Hotel Bentonville.
Accommodations
Thrive has reserved a block of rooms with reduced rates at the 21c Museum Hotel Bentonville, which is the only hotel located in the downtown square. For your ease and convenience, the majority of panels and meals will be held on-site at this hotel.
For those who registered prior to October 13, the room rate is $224. Once you have registered with Thrive, we will provide you with the hotel’s contact name, number and email address to book your reservation directly through.
Rated by Condé Nast Traveler as a Best Hotel in the South for five years straight, the 21c Museum Hotel Bentonville is a 104-room boutique hotel, contemporary art museum, cultural center, and home to The Hive restaurant. It is walking distance to the renowned Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.

Event attendance is limited to allow for a truly immersive experience. There will be two full days of professional panels and speakers provided in coordination with the Northwest Arkansas Council addressing our regional issues, as well as time to fellowship with each other across our tristate region.
Suggested attire is business casual. All guests should bring comfortable shoes as there will be some walking between locations.
