Thrive launches conservation blueprint for regional livability
The Cradle of Southern Appalachia blueprint identifies areas that, if protected, would increase wildlife habitat and would better prepare the region in the face of increasing natural emergencies such as wildfire, flood, and drought. These areas would also improve physical and mental health by providing communities with healthy, public open spaces for people to connect with each other and the outdoors.
